Mid to Senior Level Cost Analyst

Location: On-site at Fort Meade, Maryland

Salary: $60,000–$130,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Perform parametric cost estimating and life cycle cost analysis for large-scale DoD acquisition programs.
• Develop cost-estimating relationships, analytical models, and software cost estimates.
• Conduct cost risk analysis, cost-benefit analysis, project forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Perform earned-value performance measurement.
• Lead cost-estimating activities supporting Milestone decisions.
• Prepare and support milestone documentation and analysis for customer programs.

Requirements

• DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of equivalent experience in analysis and technical management.
• Experience developing life cycle cost estimates using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) for a Milestone decision.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical management skills.
