TL;DR
FP&A Manager (Corporate Finance): Leading forecasting, planning, financial modeling, and management reporting to support operational decision-making with an accent on complex analysis, cross-functional business partnering, and data-driven insights. Focus on developing scenario models, analyzing imperfect datasets, applying AI and advanced analytical tools, and improving the scalability of finance workflows.
Location: Remote within the United States
Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do
- Partner with functional leaders to provide financial insights, evaluate trade-offs, and support business decisions.
- Own forecasting, planning, annual operating plan activities, and financial projections for assigned business areas.
- Build and enhance financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, investment decisions, and performance analysis.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects, monthly expense reviews, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Analyze large, unstructured datasets and communicate actionable recommendations to business and finance leadership.
- Apply AI, advanced analytical tools, and financial planning systems to automate and improve finance workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical field.
- Experience building, maintaining, and reviewing financial models and translating analysis into business insights.
- Ability to lead complex workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate financial topics clearly.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States across different functions and time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI and advanced analytical tools in corporate finance.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools.
- Experience with SQL, NetSuite, or similar data and ERP systems.
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or international equivalent.
