Oracle EBS Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin, US; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements across ERP-enabled business processes through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process maps, user stories, use cases, and solution specifications.
• Support Oracle EBS processes and modules, troubleshoot application issues, assess impacts, and support integrations with connected systems.
• Identify process improvements, standardize workflows, strengthen controls, and reduce manual workarounds across functions and business units.
• Develop test plans and scripts; coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment validation, and defect remediation.
• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, change management, training, reporting, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, supply chain, engineering, finance, operations, or a related field.
• Ideally 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, ERP analyst, functional analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS applications, business requirements, process documentation, workflows, and testing activities.
• Experience with UAT, ERP implementations or upgrades, acquisitions, carve-outs, business integrations, and project-based or complex manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Projects, Project Accounting, Order Management, Purchasing, Ihirify.globalory, Manufacturing, Cost Management, or Financials.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery, Lean methods, requirements management, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle BI, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and ERP modernization initiatives.
