Staff Business Analyst (ERP)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $105,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, procurement, customer operations, and finance to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Create business and functional requirements, process maps, workflow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and business cases.
• Lead projects from initiation through implementation, including plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and leadership updates.
• Analyze processes for standardization, automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Support ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, UAT, issue resolution, and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, functional analyst, ERP analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements across multiple business functions.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
