Staff IT Enterprise Applications Analyst (Manufacturing)

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer engineering groups during critical issue investigations.
• Analyze large manufacturing systems of record, including operational data, metrics, and test logs, to identify issue origins and responsible parties.
• Partner with data quality teams to establish governance, integrity, and strategy for customer data contracts.
• Work with developers on implementation and lead acceptance testing.
• Design data-quality metrics and visualizations, investigate significant quality declines, and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Identify process and application improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and develop data governance strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, computer science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer and/or data analyst.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in manufacturing or a similar domain.
• Strong data, technical, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with database design and development and expert-level SQL querying.
• Familiarity with data visualization systems such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana; Jira experience is preferred.
