Application Advisor - Professional Billing (Epic)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, troubleshoot, and optimize Epic Professional Billing EHR applications.
• Analyze customer issues and requests across integrated applications, translate needs into requirements, and implement system changes.
• Lead workflow analysis, system audits, upgrades, testing, and change control activities.
• Manage multiple complex client engagements, projects, tickets, documentation, and service-level agreements.
• Guide customer communication and change management while supporting IT and operational stakeholders.
• Onboard and mentor team members on customer configurations, processes, and technical skills.

Requirements

• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification is required.
• At least 3 years of direct Epic Professional Billing experience.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving, technical, communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems, change management, Microsoft Office, and independent and collaborative work.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations outside core business hours, including nights and weekends, and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Epic PB Claims & Remittance and/or Charge Router certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, management or project management experience, and prior systems implementation experience.
