Senior Application Analyst (Epic Willow Certified)

What you will do

• Provide advanced system-level support for complex clinical and financial applications, including Epic Willow.
• Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools.
• Lead and participate in project planning, establishing goals, milestones, procedures, resources, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status and issues.
• Gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions and recommended application implementations.
• Train and educate end users and partner with IT, clinical, operational, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in another related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology and healthcare or a related industry.
• Epic Willow certification is required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• Advanced knowledge of systems analysis, application support, troubleshooting, and project management methodology.
• Ability to support more than one application module, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and guide other team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
