Licensed Casualty and Property Insurance Agent

Location: Chesapeake, Virginia; office-based role. Open only to United States residents who are authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from small business owners seeking commercial insurance.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable property and casualty insurance products.
• Generate quotes and guide customers through coverage selection and policy purchase.
• Meet sales, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
• Collaborate with underwriting and support teams while following regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active property and casualty insurance license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
