Maintenance Team Supervisor - Days (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the films facility in Painesville, Ohio, USA. Primary hours are approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with oversight of all three shifts.

Salary: $73,300–$112,448 per year.

What you will do

• Plan and direct maintenance activities to support manufacturing and resolve safety, quality, and production issues.
• Lead safety meetings, daily huddles, and compliance with the Mechanical Integrity Program and OSHA PSM guidelines.
• Coach, train, and manage maintenance technicians and technical staff while overseeing schedules and accountability.
• Implement TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance programs; manage CMMS work orders and spare-parts inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance peers and external suppliers to optimize service contracts and equipment longevity.
• Support capital projects, facility modifications, process stability, capacity utilization, and waste reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as engineering.
• At least 6 years of operational experience, including 3–5 years in plant maintenance or engineering leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automation.
• Leadership, coaching, collaboration, agility, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Lean principles, OSHA PSM, ISO 9000 procedures, MS Office, Google Platform, and CMMS systems such as Agility or MP2.
