Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the factory maintenance team and manage 20 maintenance technicians and specialists.
• Plan and oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment, production lines, infrastructure, and facilities.
• Own the maintenance budget, including personnel, materials, and projects, with budgets exceeding $1M.
• Drive safety programs, audits, toolbox talks, root cause analyses, and compliance with LOTO and PPE requirements.
• Manage the FIIX CMMS, work orders, maintenance data, and planning processes.
• Improve reliability metrics including MTBF and MTTR through RCM methods and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more maintenance personnel and managing maintenance budgets above $1M.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Experience with low-voltage control systems, PLC troubleshooting, Allen Bradley or Siemens systems, AC/DC motors, drives, and VFDs.
• Experience with CMMS platforms; FIIX experience is strongly preferred.
