Onsite Civil Engineer Supervisor (Alcudia or Castellon)

What you will do

• Lead civil works on site and act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Inspect construction activities for compliance with drawings, design specifications, contracts, HSE requirements, ISO standards, and customer specifications.
• Monitor schedules, identify potential delays, and manage project risks, opportunities, claims, and quality escalations.
• Support site documentation and method statements, working with QA/QC on civil turnover documentation.
• Report to the Site Manager and Construction Manager and help resolve issues affecting project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in site-based civil works, ideally in EPC or HVDC projects.
• Completed basic construction-industry health and safety training.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction standards.
• High spoken and written Spanish and medium spoken and written English are required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and welding procedures.
