What you will do

• Install and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Perform structured cabling (copper, MMF, SMF) including testing, routing, and labeling.
• Execute daily MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) tasks and equipment upgrades.
• Monitor and report on data center environmental conditions like power and cooling.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues in collaboration with Engineering and NOC teams.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventories, rack elevations, and cable documentation.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Secaucus, New Jersey.
• 5+ years of experience in data center support and colocation environments.
• Proficiency in cable plant design and industry-standard testing tools.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, power, fire, and building security systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in data center environments for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work rotating 2nd shift schedules, including Saturdays and on-call rotations.
