Ecommerce Executive (MP Activewear)

What you will do

• Support product launches, campaigns, and key trading events, coordinating go-live processes and checking imagery, content, pricing, and restrictions.
• Maintain and optimise category merchandising, product placement, SKU availability, landing pages, and navigation.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviour, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support regional trade calendars, promotional activity, localised execution, and growth opportunities.
• Analyse sales and digital performance across products, regions, and channels to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Brand, and Customer Services teams.

Requirements

• Interest in online retail and the fashion or activewear market, with a commercial mindset and interest in customer behaviour.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear reports and communicate findings.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in ecommerce, merchandising, digital trading, or a similar commercial environment is desirable but not essential.
