eCommerce Leader (Digital Commerce)

Location: Lamberts Office, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days typically working from home. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK from Day 1; visa sponsorship may be provided subject to Home Office requirements.

What you will do

• Lead the design, operation, optimization, and roadmap for the Nature's Best and Lamberts direct-to-consumer and CRM technology ecosystem.
• Drive consumer acquisition, conversion, retention, digital activation, UX, SEO/GEO performance, and commercial growth.
• Define the consumer data strategy and enable data integration, activation, enrichment, automation, and scalable access to insights.
• Use first-party data and AI-driven solutions to personalize experiences across websites, email, social media, and social commerce.
• Maintain IT security and data privacy compliance while partnering with P&G security stakeholders on governance improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop two specialists across Marketing Technology and Data Engineering while collaborating with Brand, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, agencies, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong business acumen and experience leading technology, digital commerce, data, or CRM initiatives in complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience with Shopify-based DTC ecosystems, CRM platforms, cloud data and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of omnichannel marketing, performance metrics, analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with data privacy and information security practices, including GDPR or UK DPA, plus strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
• Fluent English and the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment are required.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Python, Java, SQL, HTML, or PHP and knowledge of software development best practices.
