HVAC Technician

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; field-based work at customer locations

Hourly base pay: $18.09–$54.26

What you will do

• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan on-site installations and repairs.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
• Gather materials, forecast issues, and synchronize on-site work to meet project requirements.
• Use software, handheld technology, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to complete repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while managing company equipment, records, and asset accountability.
• Follow strict safety standards and remain flexible for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Certification.
• Technical school or formal HVAC training is preferred.
