Manufacturing Supervisor (First Line Leader: 3rd Shift)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; on-site, 3rd shift from 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Lead daily third-shift production activities for a team of 5–10 production employees.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate production employees.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives on the production floor.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, and operating costs.
• Partner with site leadership and support EHS and Quality investigations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Comfort with computer systems and manufacturing technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
