Business Technology Solutions Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with offices or client sites in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Princeton, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Atlanta. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale digital business development and delivery engagements across life sciences and other priority industries.
• Drive sales cycles for modular content supply chain transformation programs and intelligent content factory initiatives.
• Manage content transformation programs spanning brand strategy, AI-driven content planning, regulatory approval, personalization, and digital channel deployment.
• Lead implementations and system integrations using Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM Sites, DAM, CMS, CDP, Workfront, and AWS architectures.
• Develop and commercialize offerings involving micro-tagging, hyper-personalization, and Generative AI content variant generation.
• Coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams across analytics, AI, marketing strategy, and transformation services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in management consulting or marketing agency services, preferably in both.
• Deep expertise in designing, architecting, and building modern content factories.
• Technical expertise implementing Adobe Experience solutions, DAM, CMS, CDP, Workfront, and AWS cloud architectures.
• Experience with agency operating models, agency ecosystems, benchmarking, content production, deployment, and optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Ability to obtain or possess work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal processes and Veeva PromoMats integrations in the life sciences industry.
