Scheduling and Logistics Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Remote within the United States; Tuesday-Saturday, 6 AM-3 PM PST

hirify.global operates a digital marketplace for wholesale used vehicles and provides data-driven tools for buying and selling vehicles.

What you will do

• Establish daily schedules for Inspectors and allocate workload and resources.
• Plan and manage routing activities within time, cost, resource, and quality constraints.
• Use route optimization software with the Dispatch team to improve routes and communicate changes.
• Compile and interpret analytical data, review route structures, and implement operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with management on business needs and system requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate serious incidents when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in routing and logistics.
• Experience with Google Workspace products.
• Comfort with technology and working remotely.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization, time management, independent working, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Geographical knowledge of the assigned routing area or territory.
