What you will do

• Navigate the Freight Audit web platform and supporting tools.
• Enter and register invoice and credit note data for international shipping compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
• Support continuous process improvement with Delivery Experts.

Requirements

• Intermediate English with strong professional business correspondence skills.
• Proficiency with Google products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Results-oriented approach to operational work.
• Ability to work remotely from Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Degree in auditing, logistics, international economic relations, banking, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA for collaboration and issue tracking.
