Client Coordinator (Packaging)

What you will do

• Support clients and communicate technical information for new and existing product packaging.
• Coordinate with Artwork Production, Quality Control, Print Development, sales, and marketing teams.
• Enter client information into the Product Lifecycle Management system and track job progress.
• Respond to customer queries by telephone, Teams, and email.
• Prepare electronic certificates, reports, and invoices accurately and on time.
• Book and dispatch samples, support credit control, and contribute to office process improvements and team projects.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills with staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills for preparing reports and documents.
• Ability to work under pressure, organise priorities, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
