What you will do

• Contact newly signed-up customers and guide them through onboarding.
• Ensure customer accounts become live and operational.
• Provide technical support and resolve questions about company systems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and account records in the CRM system.
• Meet sales quota and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn different systems and software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a drive to exceed targets.
