Customer Service Coordinator (Embedded Computing)

What you will do

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and act as a reliable contact for customers and internal teams.
• Support Sales Representatives with sales and customer-related coordination.
• Coordinate Global Sales, Supply Chain, Export, and Production activities to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
• Provide timely status and delivery updates to global customers.
• Coordinate complex orders and repairs through internal systems.
• Organize shipments and ensure export documentation is complete and delivered on time.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar office administration or customer service role.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Strong customer care, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership, identify improvements, and complete tasks.
• Some roles may be subject to BPSS pre-employment screening and security or export control restrictions.

Nice to have

• Experience with export processes.
• Experience with import clearance processes.
