What you will do

• Provide efficient customer service, primarily by telephone and through other appropriate communication channels.
• Build knowledge of client profiles and products to deliver effective support and demonstrate products and services.
• Meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and key result areas for quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Contribute to team meetings and support colleagues and other business areas in improving customer service.
• Put customers first and handle difficult interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with a technical aspect.
• Ability to use complex IT systems and demonstrate client products and services.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle challenging customers with empathy.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.
