Recruiting Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States context

Salary: $66,500–$92,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offers, and acceptance.
• Advise hiring managers on hiring criteria, recruitment expectations, timelines, and talent-market strategies.
• Create job advertisements and social media content to attract qualified candidates and strengthen the employment brand.
• Screen applications, conduct candidate interviews, recommend qualified candidates, and coordinate selection activities.
• Support compensation, incentives, start-date documentation, background checks, and other pre-employment processes.
• Represent hirify.global at career fairs and recruiting events while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions with varying levels of complexity.
• Strong consultation, relationship-management, organization, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders while providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Recruiting and selection practices must comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or a similar professional certification.
