Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $104,805–$145,000 USD per year, with equity for all employees and potential bonus eligibility depending on the role.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hirify.globalering pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and develop data-driven hiring strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates for hirify.globalering, Data, Machine Learning, and related technical roles.
• Assess candidate alignment with a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders through timely, respectful communication.
• Use recruitment metrics, competitor research, and best practices to improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in-house, with a focus on hirify.globalering, Data, Machine Learning, or related roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage technical talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong candidate and hiring manager focus, with urgency and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and willingness to adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Collaborative approach aligned with transparency and inclusivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
