Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global develops Hermes Agent, an open self-improving AI agent, and is expanding it into managed and customer-controlled enterprise products.

What you will do

• Own the Hermes Enterprise roadmap and packaging across managed Hermes Business and customer-controlled Hermes Enterprise.
• Define and ship enterprise foundations including fleet deployment, SSO, directory provisioning, workspace isolation, audit, administration, and telemetry.
• Build the workforce administration experience for provisioning employees and agents, managing permissions, and monitoring fleet health and usage.
• Develop Spend Intelligence, Collective Wisdom, trace management, and cross-surface access through CLI, desktop, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Run design partner deployments, convert customer learning into specifications and acceptance criteria, and create the deployment playbook.
• Define enterprise value metrics, manage the Jira roadmap, and communicate priorities, risks, and decisions to executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping B2B products for large enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise foundations such as SSO, SCIM, role-based access, audit logs, admin consoles, or usage analytics.
• Experience with customer-cloud, on-premises, or single-tenant SaaS deployments and their operational requirements.
• Strong technical fluency with LLMs and AI agents, including models, tools, evaluations, and cost; ability to read code.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating ambiguous requirements into prioritized plans.
• Excellent written communication, Jira fluency, and comfort operating with limited structure on a fast-moving team.

• Software engineering background or experience as a software engineer.
• Experience at an open-source or developer infrastructure company with managed cloud and self-hosted products.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, or cloud marketplaces such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Experience with AI spend management, model routing, evaluations, usage-based pricing, or organization-wide knowledge-sharing products.
• Open-source or AI ecosystem contributions, or projects built with Hermes Agent.
