Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through retirement, including feature prioritization and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, analytics, and business leaders to define requirements and deliver products.
• Engage customers and sellers to validate product and feature hypotheses and gather feedback.
• Research market trends, customer needs, competitors, and opportunities for new product capabilities.
• Define and track product metrics, communicate roadmap progress, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience involving parts of the product lifecycle.
• Experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and human-in-the-loop approaches.
• Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer needs assessment, and product metrics.
• Ability to translate business goals into product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha, or Trello, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
