Agile Delivery Lead

What you will do

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach Mobile, Web, Backend, and Shared Services teams on Agile principles, Scrum, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery commitments, team progress, capacity, forecasts, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Remove impediments and support predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate release planning and alignment between Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile maturity growth and promote ownership, accountability, and learning across teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead roles.
• Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering Mobile and Web digital products and working with enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
