Business Development Representative (Dutch)

Location: Ireland (Remote-First)

Annual gross fixed pay: €33,000–€41,250, plus variable compensation and sales commission.

What you will do

• Research, prospect, and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outbound channels.
• Educate prospects about Employer of Record services, identify their needs, and schedule sales meetings or product demos.
• Collect lead information, maintain accurate prospecting records, and manage pipeline data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead-generation strategies, campaigns, and process improvements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position EOR services effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, scheduled meetings, and revenue generated.

Requirements

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and technologies.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Dutch language skills are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry, HR outsourcing, or related services.
