Adviser Proposition Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Research adviser needs, competitor activity, market developments and data to generate practical insight.
• Identify trends, exceptions and evidence gaps, and support proposition initiatives from exploration through testing and implementation.
• Build evidence packs for proposition reviews, due diligence, governance papers and committee decisions.
• Review provider evidence, raise focused questions and highlight matters requiring challenge or escalation.
• Coordinate due diligence information with external partners and maintain reviews, deadlines, actions, processes and records.
• Support the fund research service and convert complex information into clear briefings, summaries and draft documents.

Requirements

• Strong interest in financial advice, propositions, markets and regulation.
• Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative information, identify patterns and produce practical insight.
• Organised, accurate and disciplined approach to maintaining reliable records and following through on actions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex material concisely.
• Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership, asking focused questions and escalating unclear requirements or evidence.
• Experience in financial services, analysis, research, project support or governance is useful but not essential.
