Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland, with remote work in Poland

What you will do

• Collect requirements from stakeholders and identify business needs.
• Create and maintain requirements specifications, user stories, and project documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Design and propose process improvements and workflow changes.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, management, and end users.
• Collaborate on, test, and validate business solutions against performance objectives and user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience in payments or financial services.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong skills in writing requirements specifications and user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
