Finance Transformation Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end finance automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Build and maintain solutions using Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and Copilot.
• Support citizen developers by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to AI enablement through prompt libraries and adoption of new capabilities.
• Track project progress, monitor tool usage and costs, support governance approvals, and measure outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in or strong interest in finance digital transformation, automation, or data analysis.
• Experience with or developing knowledge of Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Copilot, or similar automation and business intelligence tools.
• Awareness of finance processes, financial reporting, business analysis, or project delivery.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn SQL and/or Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and prioritisation skills.
• Structured approach to problem solving, attention to root causes, curiosity, and ownership of deliverables.
