Lead Technical Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States, with three in-office days per week. The role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, currently or in the future.

What you will do

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for complex technology initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, process models, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams, and solution specifications.
• Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, feasibility studies, impact analyses, and solution evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering, Architecture, and AI Engineering teams.
• Support QA, UAT, production issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution activities, including occasional after-hours support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, capital markets, or enterprise technology.
• Experience with large cross-functional technology initiatives and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, data mapping, and translating business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, ServiceNow, Splunk, Postman, Microsoft Office, and process or wireframing tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems, finance-driven initiatives, vendor software implementations, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, conversational AI, chatbots, or knowledge management.
