Project Manager (Software Implementation)

Location: Remote; travel up to 15% within the U.S. and Canada. East Coast candidates preferred.

What you will do

• Lead client implementations from project kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, documentation, and forecasts.
• Manage stakeholder communications, escalations, expectations, scope, margins, utilization, and deliverables.
• Assess project risks, resources, performance metrics, and efficiency improvements.
• Lead requirements gathering, estimating, proposal creation, training coordination, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation or IT consulting projects for external stakeholders, including budget and schedule ownership.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methods and principles.
• Experience with professional services automation tools such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView or SmartSheet.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritization, and resourcefulness skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
