Salesforce Product Manager

Location: Arlington, VA - 1801 S Bell (INDG)

Salary: $120,000.00–$150,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Drive execution of Salesforce platform initiatives and maintain the delivery roadmap for owned product areas.
• Gather, define, and document business requirements, data requirements, and system definitions.
• Act as the primary liaison between Salesforce development teams and stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, facilitate prioritization meetings, and make trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement new Salesforce features.
• Support business readiness, user training, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience in product or platform management roles.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of product management experience guiding product strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Salesforce or product management certifications are strongly desired.
