Product Owner (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Define the strategy, business goals, scope, and roadmap for Salesforce CRM and other enterprise initiatives.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer and advisor needs.
• Develop business requirements aligned with strategic outcomes and manage Salesforce deliverables, scope, and timing.
• Partner with Operations, ETX, vendors, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and subject matter experts.
• Evaluate risks, remove obstacles, make project-direction decisions, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Prepare business areas for transitions while minimizing service impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in business consulting or project management.
• 5+ years of experience working with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, Genesys, or another enterprise CRM or client engagement platform.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience managing complex data resources and developing recommendations.
• Excellent project management, communication, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
