Interim Fractional CPO (PropTech): Building product management capability from scratch for a PropTech business transitioning from a proprietary CMS to an AI-native solution, with an accent on product innovation discipline, financial analysis, and product-to-business strategy alignment. Focus on leading the product transformation, communicating with internal stakeholders, and working with an established board.
Looking for availability, from my network, for Interim Fractional CPOs.
I'm supporting a Proptech business who are on an investment journey, to build product management capability, from scratch. They need someone who implement discipline to product innovation, implement financial analysis and link product strategy to business strategy. It will suit someone who has led a journey from proprietary CMS in to an AI native solution. Strong internal stakeholder comms will be needed, to work with established board.
Really solid piece of work that would suit either full time, or fractional, interim product leader.
North West based ideally as client engagement in Manchester needed.
One for my network or any direct recommendations/referrals.
