TL;DR
Product Manager (Fintech/AI): Owning and delivering trading and investing product features, from prioritisation and detailed specifications to testing, launch, and monitoring, with an accent on regulatory requirements, APIs, data, and client journeys. Focus on translating complex rules into buildable product specifications, coordinating Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and using AI regularly in product work.
Location: Remote within the United Kingdom or Germany

What you will do
- Own and prioritise a set of product features using client needs, product data, and commercial goals.
- Review regulations, API documentation, and operational processes, and prepare recommendations before Legal and Compliance review.
- Write detailed specifications covering client journeys, business rules, data, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
- Lead testing and launches, then monitor performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience shipping a product or set of features and explaining decisions, failures, and resulting improvements in detail.
- Technical understanding sufficient to read documentation, follow data flows, and reason about system behaviour with engineers.
- Ability to query product data independently and explain the figures used in decisions.
- Regular use of AI in product work, including knowledge of best practices.
