Senior IT Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź, Poland, with regular office attendance.

Rate: Up to 130 PLN/h

What you will do

• Lead delivery of an enterprise-scale AI-driven application modernization project focused on AI tech-stack conversion.
• Plan and manage timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials.
• Monitor delivery progress, report risks, identify issues, and escalate them when needed.
• Establish project management discipline and promote a strong delivery culture.
• Coordinate engineering teams, architects, data teams, portfolio management, and business stakeholders.
• Define executable delivery plans and maintain alignment on technical direction and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI-driven application modernization initiatives involving code conversion, automated refactoring, and application remediation.
• Experience leading complex IT programmes and defining governance across organizational levels.
• Experience facilitating project Steering with senior-level leadership.
• Strong delivery, stakeholder, financial, resource, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
