Coordinator Patient Care - Interventional Radiology Full-time Days

Location: 251 E. Huron, Chicago, IL, United States; full-time, day shift

Salary: USD 42.50–68.00 per hour

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and provide clinical care for designated patients in the interventional radiology setting.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care and support quality outcomes.
• Coordinate follow-up visits, referrals, testing, treatments, and long-term care.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff based on individual needs.
• Serve as a communication link between patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to professional committees and quality or process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2–5 years of recent, related experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Specialty certification in the relevant clinical area.
