Interventional Radiology Technologist (MRI/CT/Ultrasound)

Location: Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; on-site clinical role

Salary: $48.60–$61.96 per hour, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do

• Perform interventional radiology procedures independently according to hospital policies, radiological standards, and American College of Radiology standards.
• Use imaging modalities including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Verify patients, procedures, imaging protocols, scanner parameters, and safety requirements.
• Provide patient instructions and coordinate care with other departments and service lines.
• Perform equipment and device quality control, maintain supplies, and keep work areas compliant and functional.
• Train and educate students and technologists on procedures and techniques.

Requirements

• Associate degree in radiology or a related field.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification and eligibility for a state radiologic technologist license.
• Four years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Knowledge of radiologic equipment, examinations, procedures, and radiation safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, communicate effectively, and provide training.

Nice to have

• Experience with X-ray.
