Senior Employee Relations Partner, Americas

Location: On-site in the United States, ideally at a site in Duncan, South Carolina; Logan, Utah; Marlborough, Massachusetts; or Pensacola, Florida. Austin, Texas is also listed for the role. Qualified candidates in other US locations may be considered. Travel across Americas sites up to 30% is required.

Annual salary: $114,000–$130,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Design, own, and execute the Labour and Employee Relations strategy across the Americas.
• Manage routine, complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations cases, including investigations and escalations.
• Advise HR colleagues, People Leaders, Legal, and the Labour and Employee Relations Center of Excellence on compliance, risk, and consistent outcomes.
• Coordinate litigation matters with internal and external counsel, including separation agreements.
• Support restructures, reductions in workforce, operating-model changes, and other organizational transformations.
• Coach HR colleagues and People Leaders while strengthening governance, case management, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 9+ years of experience, a master’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or a doctoral degree in the field.
• Significant senior-level employee relations experience across the Americas in a complex, multi-site organization.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law frameworks and experience applying them to employee relations matters.
• Experience advising senior leaders on organizational change, restructures, employment litigation, and settlement or separation agreements.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and influence on legal, employee relations, reputational, and business risks.
• Experience developing employee relations governance frameworks, analyzing trends, and translating data into preventative action plans.
