Full Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, USA. Eligible employees may work remotely one day per week; onsite work is required at the New York or New Jersey offices for the remaining workdays.

Salary: $155,000–$180,000 per year, plus discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own backend architecture, services, automated jobs, model execution, and investigative workflows for the Integrity platform.
• Design frontend interfaces for reviewing flagged activity, including alert queues, case views, market and player drill-downs, and visualizations.
• Integrate anomaly-detection and machine-learning models into production applications, including deployment, inference, versioning, and monitoring.
• Integrate internal and third-party data services, build resilient application logic, and work with warehouse datasets and data models.
• Improve observability, reliability, testing, documentation, and audit-ready capabilities such as role-based access controls and evidence exports.
• Develop short-term tools and features supporting confidential investigations with the Integrity and Legal departments.

Requirements

• Production experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript on both server and client sides.
• At least five years of professional software engineering experience, including backend or full-stack application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical field.
• Experience operating cloud backend services and scheduled or orchestrated jobs on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong SQL, relational data modeling, cloud data warehouse, frontend framework, API integration, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing experience.
• Knowledge of sports betting markets and basketball data, with strong communication, discretion, and collaboration skills for working with investigators and attorneys.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, graph databases, or data visualization libraries.
• Applied machine learning, LLM-based applications, OSINT integrations, or model inference in production.
• Experience with integrity, surveillance, fraud, AML, trust and safety, sports, gaming, or regulated environments.
• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
