Senior Product Manager, Technology (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $100,600–$192,900 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Expand assigned revenue cycle workflow products within the Ensemble IQ product portfolio.
• Partner with revenue cycle operations and conduct market research to define product requirements and strategy.
• Document business cases, product roadmaps, scope, feature definitions, business models, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to prioritize and deliver features in Agile and DevOps frameworks.
• Create, maintain, and communicate prioritized product and team backlogs.
• Support funding requests, product demonstrations, marketing collateral, and coordination with global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle domain knowledge or applicable experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Technical acumen sufficient to support end-to-end solution direction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
