What you will do

  • Lead daily operations for the Interventional Radiology department and manage staff schedules within budgeted FTEs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and oversee onboarding, training, and equipment-protocol education.
  • Assist with interventional and minimally invasive procedures and administer IV contrast agents according to protocol.
  • Maintain radiation safety, image quality, patient consents, questionnaires, and documentation for physician interpretation.
  • Manage supplies, equipment maintenance, service calls, payroll, and timekeeping through Kronos.
  • Evaluate workflows, address patient or service concerns, and support quality and patient-satisfaction improvements.

Requirements

  • Completion of an AMA-approved two-year Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT(R) certification and a New Hampshire Medical Imaging License.
  • At least three years of radiology experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of radiology workflows, RIS, and PACS.
  • Availability for 36 or 40 hours per week, with call required every fourth weekend and one day per week or as needed.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • ARRT(VI) certification or equivalent interventional radiology experience.
  • One to two years of hands-on interventional radiology experience.
  • Experience with performance improvement and hospital safety protocols.
