Resource Coordinator-CT and MRI Full Time Days

Location: Grayslake, Illinois, United States. Full-time, onsite position at the Grayslake Outpatient Center and Freestanding ER. Monday through Friday, day shift, 40 hours per week.

Salary: $42.50–$59.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Support hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance feedback for imaging staff.
• Coordinate staffing levels, patient flow, scheduling issue resolution, and department coverage across CT, MRI, and X-ray.
• Monitor imaging quality, patient safety, contrast administration, technical scan data, radiographs, and patient comfort during procedures.
• Manage supplies, equipment maintenance and repairs, calibration of CT and laser equipment, and recommendations for new equipment.
• Support quality assurance programs, maintain CT and MRI QC records, and assist with ACR accreditation.
• Monitor charges, utilization, financial performance, policies, procedures, manuals, and imaging protocols.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of undergraduate education or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• ARRT certification, IEMA certification, and BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work onsite in Grayslake, Illinois, Monday through Friday on the day shift.
• Ability to support CT, MRI, and X-ray operations, including patient positioning, contrast procedures, technical image evaluation, and safety monitoring.
