Oracle EBS Functional Analyst (Order to Cash/Supply Chain)

Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin, US; hybrid. Occasional travel 2–4 times per year is required.

What you will do

• Support and modernize Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management, Ihirify.globalory, Shipping Execution, MRP, and supply chain processes.
• Translate customer order, fulfillment, planning, warehouse, and supply chain requirements into functional Oracle EBS solutions.
• Own the functional relationship between Oracle EBS and Softeon WMS across allocation, picking, packing, shipment confirmation, and ihirify.globalory updates.
• Design solutions, configure functionality, and lead prototyping, integration testing, UAT, and ERP implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot production, integration, master-data, configuration, and transaction issues across Oracle EBS, WMS, and downstream invoicing and financial processes.
• Develop documentation and training materials while supporting SOX controls, reconciliation, audit activities, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle EBS delivery and support experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS Order Management, Ihirify.globalory, Shipping Execution, MRP/Planning, and related Financial modules.
• Experience with Oracle EBS integrations to WMS platforms; Softeon experience is highly desirable.
• Experience leading at least two complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementations or major Oracle EBS transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and multinational teams, manage external integrators, communicate complex functional matters, and work with Agile delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail-specific pricing, fulfillment priorities, multiple ship-to locations, partial shipments, backorders, and customer service processes.
• Experience with Softeon WMS.
