ERP Specialist (Infor CloudSuite)

Location: Trussville, Alabama, United States. Office environment with the ability to sit for long periods.

What you will do

• Administer Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) configuration, user access, permissions, and integration monitoring across multiple sites.
• Manage Zoho and Infor workstream integrations and support cross-functional data flow.
• Execute item creation and master data setup, including attributes, lead times, sourcing rules, and cost-center tagging.
• Maintain and troubleshoot bills of materials and routing structures, including ECN-to-ERP synchronization issues.
• Respond to support requests, troubleshoot ERP issues, and escalate configuration-level problems when needed.
• Run recurring reports, support month-end close reconciliation, maintain documentation, and perform functional testing for system changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) or a comparable Tier 1 ERP in a manufacturing or inventory environment.
• Deep understanding of ERP administration, BOM structures, item master data, and MRP concepts.
• Experience integrating secondary platforms or tools such as Zoho with core ERP systems.
• Strong data accuracy, SOP adherence, troubleshooting, analysis, and cross-functional communication skills.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in professional services or manufacturing.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Trussville, Alabama.
