Senior Manager, Oracle Fusion Applications

What you will do

• Own Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Supply Chain modules, including AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, and PA.
• Build and manage the ERP and SCM improvement roadmap with the Director of Financial Systems.
• Configure module setups, approval workflows, flexfields, accounting rules, procurement policies, and other Oracle Cloud settings.
• Lead functional issue escalation, month-end and year-end close support, root-cause analysis, and Oracle Support case management.
• Design OTBI analyses, dashboards, and BI Publisher reports for Finance, Procurement, and Project stakeholders.
• Support integrations, FBDI data loads, system upgrades, enhancement projects, UAT, go-live activities, and AMS/vendor governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP, EPM, and SCM experience, including significant Oracle Cloud Fusion experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with AP, GL, FA, SCM, PO, and PA modules.
• 4–6 years of OTBI and/or BI Publisher report development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production and understanding month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ability to own a functional roadmap, manage stakeholders, lead without direct reports, and translate technical concepts for Finance and Supply Chain leaders.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with outsourced AMS or managed services providers.
• Knowledge of API and file-based integrations, SQL, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Previous people leadership experience or readiness to build and lead a growing functional team.
