Supply Chain Analyst Internship (AI/NetSuite)

Location: On-site, 40 hours per week, at the US East Office in Jacksonville, Florida, or US West Office in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

hirify.global develops data collection software for ERP systems and provides implementation, training, configuration, testing, and customer support services.

What you will do

• Assist consultants with the design, training, configuration, testing, and support of the hirify.global data collection application.
• Support hirify.global bundle updates for customers.
• Assist with customer account migrations to token-based authentication.
• Use internal AI systems to research customer questions received by the support team.
• Learn hirify.global and NetSuite functionality, warehouse operations, industry practices, and business processes.
• Participate in a 12-week group innovation project and structured professional development activities.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a degree program during the internship or be an undergraduate, graduate, or May/Spring graduate.
• Be considered a junior or senior based on credit hours.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week on-site at the Jacksonville, Florida, or Highlands Ranch, Colorado office.
• Be eligible to work in the United States for any employer without requiring future sponsorship.
• Demonstrate curiosity, communication skills, and motivation to take ownership of work.
